Thermoset vs. Thermoplastic

Comparison of thermoset and thermoplastic materials

According to DIN 7724, plastics (also known as plastics or plastics) are divided into thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers and thermoplastic elastomers on the basis of their mechanical behavior.
Plastics are produced synthetically from raw materials such as crude oil. Because of the organic carbon or silicon compounds, they are called organic materials.

Thermoset vs. thermoplastic

Thermosets and thermoplastics are two different families of plastics that differ based on their behavior when reacting to heat. The main difference between the two is that thermosets are materials that solidify when heated but cannot be reshaped or heated after initial shaping, while thermoplastics can be reheated, reshaped, and cooled as needed without chemical changes.
